I went to the Kellogg site today http://www.kellogg.northwestern.edu/admissions/apply/online.htm). They have mentioned that: Note: These application are currently disabled. The 2007 applications should be available by the end of summer.
But when i click the 2Y link it opens the application and it's written "Kellogg School at Northwestern University 2007 (Part I)"
So, is it ready for use??

yes, it looks like 2007 application but we never know if it is wise to start using this application. There might be some technicalities left yet.
